EKG Kettlebell Test

Ran thru EKG KB Test#1
Using a 16kg, I scored 76.
Butt kicker. I started off too strong/too fast and lost some numbers in the final rounds as I was more gassed than the starting rounds.

Looks like you are warming up to those ground based movements quite nicely Sean! Really looking forward to hearing about your experience with KB2 and BW2 when the time comes =)

Nursing a tweaky knee, so I am going to stay w/ the KB1 and BW1 while I work on rehabing it.

I still love the program. My students also dig it. Its fun, challenging, and just a nice fresh approach to training. Cant thank you enough for developing this program.
