Ran thru EKG KB Test#1
Using a 16kg, I scored 76.
Butt kicker. I started off too strong/too fast and lost some numbers in the final rounds as I was more gassed than the starting rounds.

Nursing a tweaky knee, so I am going to stay w/ the KB1 and BW1 while I work on rehabing it.
I still love the program. My students also dig it. Its fun, challenging, and just a nice fresh approach to training. Cant thank you enough for developing this program.
