Clubbel warmup

16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps right
1 minute easy jog
16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps left
1 minute easy jog
16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps right
1 minute easy jog
16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps left
1 minute easy jog
16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps right
1 minute easy jog
16kg 1-arm swing, 40 reps left
1 minute easy jog
Appx 13minutes of work.

40 reps! W00t! It was tough towards the end, but I did it.
