Well after all that complaining about being 'hungover' I cranked out my KBB routine later that afternoon.
24kg alternating TGU
Repeat for 14m30s min
total reps 9/side. 18 total.

Repeat for 8 sets (appx 13min)

Had to make an appointment, so skipped swings today. Might make it up over the weekend.
