28kg Reverse Lunge, 8 reps each side (3 sets)
Repeat for 15min
rest 5m (longer so I can recahrge for swings)
24kg 1h Swings 20:10 Protocol

Reality: 5min
Sigh...I need to work on swings on my off days...
