repeated for 9 sets.
Rest 3m
28kg Getup Situp, 5reps each side (4 sets)
28kg Reverse Lunge, 8 reps each side (4 sets)
Repeat for 15min
rest 5m (longer so I can recharge for swings)

16kg 1h Swings 30:30 Protocol
goal: 10min
Reality: 10min!
