Swing Torture

Took this from Mark Reifkind's recent post about how he was getting back in to swings afer his back injury.

It turns out that it is a good routine for me, since I need to spend more time swinging.

What I like best is that sets are small, allowing me to really focus on my form.

Here's the workout
warmup:
Clubbells
16kg 1H-Swings x5/5 x 3

worksets
16kg 1H-Swings x5/5
24kg 1H-Swings x5/5

H2H transfers
24 kg x20 reps x 4 sets

Halo's
16 kg x10/10 x 2 sets
Arm Bar
16kgx5/5

this was a very compressed workout, which worked well for me today. I think I will spend some more time tonight with swings. I need to Grease The Groove!
